  • Technical telemetry: IP addresses, browser types, and error logs collected solely to maintain application security and performance.

Information is used strictly to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain your software subscriptions and user accounts.
  • Respond to customer support enquiries and provide technical onboarding assistance.
  • Generate compliant billing receipts and process subscription renewals.

All application servers and database records are hosted in certified cloud data centres located in India.
