1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or subscribing to any software or professional services delivered by Oryntic Labs Private Limited ("Oryntic Labs"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Software Subscriptions and License Scope
Subject to timely payment of subscription fees, Oryntic Labs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the subscribed software modules according to your designated plan limits (users, branches, and operational volume). You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell access to the software.
3. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of staff login credentials, ensuring accurate business information is entered, and complying with all applicable consumer, identity verification, and tax regulations in your operating jurisdiction.
4. Intellectual Property
Oryntic Labs retains all ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights in its proprietary software platforms, design assets, and underlying code. Customers retain full, exclusive ownership of all data, customer information, and operational records uploaded into their account.
5. Service Availability and Limitation of Liability
We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep subscribed software available and performant, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without a guaranteed uptime percentage. Any uptime or availability commitment applies only where explicitly stated in a signed service-level agreement for your plan. Oryntic Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party API downtime (such as payment aggregators or telecom SMS providers).
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
